Regale began at Pusara Aman, where we grew famous for our Nasi Sambal Goreng.
Today, Regale operates two concepts. Regale at Science Centre is a full-service restaurant serving Western and local cuisine from 9AM to 5PM, and authentic Indonesian cuisine from 6PM to 10PM. Regale at Science Centre is open from Tuesday to Sunday.
PitStop by Regale is our original concept, first launched at Pusara Aman and now operating at both Pusara Aman and Jurong West. We serve Malay classics like our renowned Nasi Sambal Goreng and award-winning Nasi Ambeng.
Regale caters for all occasions — from birthdays and weddings to kenduri, tahlil, and jenazah.
Choose from our catering packages: Nasi Ambeng, Nasi Sambal Goreng, Nasi Minyak, or Briyani, with full on-site setup and islandwide delivery.
We also offer bento boxes with islandwide delivery.
